The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, in the Data Analytics group, is responsible for data analytics and data products that support data-informed strategic decision-making across the firm with focused analysis on client profitability, segmentation, market-informed growth analytics, and scalable business intelligence solutions that support the entire firm. This role supports the firm's analytics and reporting capabilities through the development and enhancement of dashboards, executive scorecards, data models, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting solutions that combine internal financial data with market research, benchmarking, and business development insights. Working with Revenue, Strategic Finance, Business Development, Pricing, Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders, this position translates client, competitor, and financial analysis into meaningful insights that support data-informed decision-making and consistent self-service reporting.
This position can sit in our New York, Short Hills, or Chicago office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Master's Degree.
4 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, financial analytics, or a related field. Experience applying financial, market, benchmarking, or BD data to inform business decisions.

Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.
The individual selected for this position may have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work. The specific arrangement will be determined at the time of hiring and may be modified at the firm’s discretion.

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $98,990 - $137,126 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
