Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced analyst with strong business, data, and AI tooling familiarity to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will work with Salesforce and Oracle, leverage Tableau for visualization, and apply Claude-based AI tools to solve business problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in a business or analyst position.
• Experience with enterprise systems and data (Salesforce, Oracle) and core business processes.
• Familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude and applying them to business problems.
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools (Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf).
• Investigative ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor, manage several projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.

Job description

Qualifications:

• A. in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field required
• A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
• 5+ years in a business or analyst position
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and data (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and core business processes
• Familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude and experience applying them to business problems
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf
• Tableau or similar data visualization experience preferred
• Investigative ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to lead and mentor, manage several projects at once, and work independently to meet deadlines

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,600 - $104,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
