Job description

A fast-growing AI technology company is looking for a Senior AI Product Director to lead the development of next-generation AI inference compute products, working across the full technology stack from silicon and hardware through to software.

The role will shape product strategy and roadmaps, work closely with engineering, customers and technology partners, and translate complex AI infrastructure capabilities into commercially compelling products and solutions. The successful candidate will combine a strong technical engineering background with product management, commercial and customer-facing experience.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive engineering background with deep understanding of AI inference systems and datacentre compute.
• Experience across AI hardware, accelerators, silicon, software and system architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AI inference architectures, including MoE, KV cache, inference servers, scheduling and parallelisation.
• Understanding of AI software stacks, including compilers, runtimes and inference optimisation.
• Proven product management experience defining technical product strategy, roadmaps and product lifecycles.
• Strong commercial understanding of TCO, cost-performance, performance-per-dollar and energy efficiency.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer requirements and commercial value.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
