Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional game development with focus on core AI architecture.
• 4+ years of Unreal Engine experience, AI controllers, NavMesh, and behavior systems.
• Proficient in modern C++ (C++17/20) for high-performance systems.
• Experience with Client-Server architectures and multiplayer AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multiplayer-ready AI frameworks and navigation systems.
• Write clean, efficient C++ code optimized for low latency and CPU efficiency.
• Optimize AI performance for high-density populations and server framerate stability.
• Collaborate with designers and animators to realize expressive AI behaviors.
• Contribute to server-authoritative AI and network state replication.
• Resolve complex issues in dynamic pathfinding and crowd simulation.
