About The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will partner with cross-functional teams to engineer production-grade ML systems that power AI–human interactions across text, voice and multimodal channels. You will tackle end-to-end challenges—from domain-aware intent recognition, content intelligence and conversational analytics to data-efficient training pipelines and privacy-preserving guardrails.

You will be architecting and implementing robust agentic workflow frameworks for autonomous, multi-step decision-making and process automation, then prototype, optimize and deploy high-performance models at scale—balancing low-latency, high-throughput SLAs with rigorous governance, monitoring and reliability. Collaborating closely with product, UX and infrastructure, you will be designing containerized, distributed inference and CI/CD pipelines that elevate our enterprise CX AI solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and implement agentic workflow frameworks for autonomous, multi-step decision-making and process automation
  • Build and deploy production-grade AI models for text, voice, and multimodal CX applications
  • Design data-efficient training pipelines with a strong emphasis on privacy, safety, and compliance
  • Optimize model performance to meet low-latency, high-throughput service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and infrastructure teams to deliver distributed inference systems and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering (or applied research), including 2+ years deploying models in production
  • Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow (custom architectures, tuning, model serving)
  • Strong knowledge of Transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT), RNNs, and text embedding methods
  • Experience working with speech or multimodal datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, production-ready ML pipelines under strict SLAs
  • Experience designing agentic workflows or orchestration protocols (e.g., LangChain-style pipelines, custom controllers)
  • Experience implementing AI safety techniques, including the development of guardrails, content filtering, and model alignment strategies to ensure responsible and controlled AI behavior in production environments.

Preferred

  • Expertise in privacy-preserving ML (federated learning, differential privacy), AI safety, and content filtering
  • Familiarity with inference optimization (quantization, distillation, hardware acceleration)
  • Proficiency in MLOps tooling and CI/CD workflows for scalable model deployment
  • Experience with distributed inference tools (ONNX Runtime, TensorRT) and serving frameworks (Kubernetes, serverless)
