Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sr. Creator with 8+ years of design, photography, and content creation experience to lead AI-assisted content across US creative workflows. You will craft high-quality visuals and expand brand storytelling across channels.

As a senior contributor, you will elevate in-house visuals, collaborate with brand teams, and guide when and how AI tools augment creative work while maintaining brand integrity and craft.

• Expertise in AI tools, such as Copilot and video/audio tools.

This role is an integral part of the in-house creative team. The Sr. Creator is an expert in AI assisted content creation and scaling across US creative workflows , as well as being a visual creator with 8+ years of experience in design, photography, and content creation. They bring a refined aesthetic eye, strong brand-building instincts, and the ability to originate high-quality creative ideas across channels.

Compensation

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
