You will craft photography, design, video, and motion, elevating the brand through elevated visual craft and cross-team collaboration. You have 8+ years of design/photography/content experience, expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects, and the ability to translate strategy into bold, brand-building concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of professional experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expertise in AI tools such as Copilot and video/audio tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, video, animation, and After Effects.

This role is an integral part of the in-house creative team. The Sr. Creator is an expert in AI assisted content creation and scaling across US creative workflows, as well as being a visual creator with 8+ years of experience in design, photography, and content creation. They bring a refined aesthetic eye, strong brand-building instincts, and the ability to originate high-quality creative ideas across channels.

Accountabilities

Compensation

• Competitive annual salary $106,000 - $133,000 in Chicago, IL
