Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Social Content Creator with 5+ years of social media design experience to drive brand growth across platforms. You will create social-first photography, design, video, and animation, using AI-assisted workflows and Copilot to scale ideas.

Collaborate with creative and comms teams, elevate standards for US social accounts, and translate strategy into on-brand creative while ensuring outputs meet quality and timelines.

• Expertise in AI tools, such as Copilot and video/audio tools.
• Experience with social-first content creation across multiple platforms is required.

The Social Content Creator is an expert in social-first content creation across all platforms,

with deep experience developing engaging content that drives brand growth and audience engagement. With 5+ years of experience in social media design, this role combines strong creative instincts, platform expertise and AI-assisted workflows to create and scale content efficiently and effectively.

Accountabilities:

Qualifications, Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree &5+ years of professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team
• Expertise in AI tools, such as Copilot and video/audio tools

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

• Competitive annual salary $73,000 - $100,000 in Chicago, IL
