We are seeking a Sr. Agile Coach to help evolve our business processes into more streamlined, effective, and outcome-oriented workflows that meet our customer needs.

In this role, you will:

• Drive and promote the adoption of digital practices, processes, and culture across multiple teams, focusing on workflows, tools, and mindsets.
• Guide and support product owners and team members in implementing effective digital practices, leading or exemplifying Scrum values and principles, and fostering team autonomy through transparency and retrospectives.
• Encourage ownership mindset in solutions, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and robust.
• Apply flow-based metrics to derive actionable insights.
• Remove or escalate impediments, fostering communication and cooperation to maintain team productivity.
• Collaborate with business and product owners to define objectives, translate them into clear key results, and align them with product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Develop scalable practices that ensure continuous value flow across the value stream.
• Leverage knowledge of insurance and digital enterprise to lead innovative practices.
• Identify and implement industry best practices to enhance our digital-first operations.
• Create and deliver targeted training to enable a digital-first enterprise.
• Lead improvements in frameworks, processes, tools, and practices related to digital operations.
• Drive organizational change management activities through sessions like lean coffee and learning corners.
