Be part of a team responsible for assessing and driving the achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $176,000. Please note that this is a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions when making an offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading development teams in a new product development environment
  • Ensuring project performance and execution
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Developing and managing schedules and milestones
  • Understanding technology used across programs
  • Developing program and project cost estimates
  • Creating baseline development plans
  • Developing and reporting program/project metrics
  • Conducting variance analysis
  • Managing risks and opportunities
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Travel within the US and internationally (< 10%) may be required
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. persons, defined as U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with protected status under asylum or refugee status, or those able to obtain export authorization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution
  • 6+ years of experience in engineering or physical sciences
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
Preferred Skills and Attributes
  • Ability to create specific action plans
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong program management skills
  • Risk and opportunity management experience
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
  • Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex messages
