Expert Technology Services seeks a Senior Adobe (AEM) Solutions Architect to lead enterprise CMS modernization and AEM Cloud Service initiatives. You will mentor teams, oversee cloud delivery with CI/CD, and collaborate with analytics, UX, and product stakeholders to enforce standards and best practices.

Job Summary for Senior Adobe (AEM) Solutions Architect

• Lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise digital experiences built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service.
• Drive large-scale website modernization and CMS migration initiatives from legacy platforms to AEM.
• Define and manage enterprise AEM architecture across multiple websites, brands, and business units.
• Design reusable components, templates, content models, DAM structures, and multisite architecture patterns.
• Evaluate existing AEM implementations and recommend improvements for scalability, maintainability, and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, UX, content, analytics, and business teams to establish architectural standards and best practices.
• Architect integrations with enterprise platforms (CRM, analytics, personalization, identity, loyalty, commerce, and third-party APIs).
• Make decisions regarding performance, security, accessibility, SEO, caching, release management, and cloud operations.
• Mentor technical teams and provide leadership during architecture reviews, technical discovery, and strategic planning.
• Ensure code quality by reducing custom code, using upgrade-safe patterns, and defining non-functional requirements.
• Support multi-site and multi-brand strategies, including MSM, localization, translation, and rollout governance.
• Oversee cloud delivery processes using AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Git, Maven, automated testing, dispatcher/CDN, and environment strategy.
• Influence technical and business stakeholders through strong communication and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years architecting AEM solutions, including recent AEM as a Cloud Service experience.
• Deep knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets/DAM, Core Components, Editable Templates, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, Java, and REST APIs.
• Experience leading enterprise CMS migration projects as the architecture owner.
• Expertise in designing multi-site/multi-brand content management solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based delivery models and associated tools (Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Git, Maven, CDN/Dispatcher).
• Proven ability to integrate enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe certifications (AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud).
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, Experience Platform (AEP), or Journey Optimizer integrations.
• Familiarity with headless or hybrid content delivery (Content Fragments, GraphQL, Universal Editor, Edge Delivery Services).
• Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing digital platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO migrations, accessibility standards (WCAG), localization, and privacy compliance.
