Job Description

Senior Administrative Business Partner provides advanced administrative support, including complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, leadership communications, executive travel, and confidential information management. This role supports principals and firm leaders within a defined geography and operates in an in‑person capacity to support onsite leadership needs, executive interactions, and market growth.

Responsibilities
  • Dual role supporting both office operations and administrative leadership support.
  • Leader scheduling and prioritization: managing complex calendars; triaging incoming requests; aligning scheduling with leader priorities.
  • Leader travel and expense management: coordinating complex itineraries (multi‑leg, international as applicable); handling changes; managing expense submissions.
  • Leadership communications and materials support: drafting correspondence, talking points, and presentation materials; managing sensitive and confidential information; supporting leader messaging; assisting with production of client deliverables, including client reports, client engagement setup and support activities as needed.
  • Stakeholder coordination and meeting support: managing onsite and virtual leadership meetings, boardroom logistics, AV, catering, visitors, and event needs; scheduling onsite and virtual meetings and coordinating materials across stakeholders.
  • Light project / initiative coordination: tracking tasks, gathering status updates, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating workflows with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; high school diploma preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience required; 5 to 8 years preferred.
  • Advanced organizational and priority management skills, including triaging requests and protecting executive time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft correspondence, materials, and talking points.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling executive, client, and firm‑sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook & PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Executive presence and interpersonal maturity to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems with minimal direction in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, including domestic/international travel and multi‑stakeholder scheduling.
  • Project coordination capability, including task tracking, stakeholder follow‑ups, and managing supporting documents.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and evolving organization, balancing firm standards with leader‑specific needs.
  • Strong judgment and situational awareness to determine when to elevate issues, reroute requests, or realign priorities.
  • Able to work overtime as requested during peak seasons.
Compensation

Pay rate range: $25.00 to $36.00 per hour. Compensation is influenced by relevant factors including skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location. Eligible employees receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
