Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
The Senior Administrative Assistant II will provide support to departmental operations, faculty members and their laboratory staff. Responsibilities include assisting with planning travel and processing expense reports, assisting with meeting itineraries for guest speakers, ordering and maintaining office supplies, supports the coordination of meetings and special events. The role requires strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
