Dallas College seeks an experienced administrative professional to provide advanced support to staff, faculty, and students. The role maintains official college records and executes administrative policies per Dallas College guidelines, policies, and procedures.
It serves as a central hub for communication, scheduling, and operational support across departments, helping leaders and teams run smoothly while contributing to the college's mission.
Weekly Work Hours 40 Compensation Range Staff Range N05 Hourly Hourly Rate $26.22 Hourly FLSA United States of America (Non-Exempt) Work Location All positions are considered on-site roles. After six months of employment, some positions may be eligible to apply for a hybrid work arrangement based on job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy. Academic (Faculty) positions require an on-campus presence, even when teaching online courses, in accordance with state law.
Provides advanced administrative level support to staff, faculty, and students. Maintains official college records and executes administrative polices as determined by organization and/or Dallas College guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Serves as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Provides critical administrative support that enables leaders and teams to focus on serving students and advancing strategic priorities. Helps drive organizational effectiveness through coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Acts as a central hub for communication, scheduling, and operational support across departments. Contributes to a positive experience for students, employees, and community partners by ensuring seamless administrative operations. Supports the successful execution of projects, initiatives, and leadership priorities that advance the college's mission.

Normal physical job functions performed within a standard office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with physical challenges to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. Occasionally may be required to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Associate degree plus three (3) years of administrative/clerical work experience or five (5) years of equivalent administrative/clerical work experience. Official transcripts are required as applicable. Additional work hours may be required during peak registration periods at campus locations including some Saturdays.
Bilingual or multilingual preferred. Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.
