Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support a department with confidential information and a range of complex administrative tasks. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, track financial and operational metrics, and create spreadsheets and presentations.

The role requires two years of college or secretarial training, five years of senior admin experience, and healthcare setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of college or vocational secretarial course.
  • AA or BA degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of high level administrative assistant experience.
  • Experience in a health care setting preferred.

  • Maintain work schedules; arrange conference attendance and travel needs.
  • Organize meetings; prepare meeting materials; edit memos.
  • Prepare and edit memos; track and report on budgetary data and metrics.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.83 - $35.71 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
