Performs advanced clerical, administrative, and general office duties for the Chief of Staff. Business contacts include individuals at all levels within the organization, industry, and community. Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings and appointments, and gathers data to develop reports. Works independently with minimal supervision and requires thorough knowledge of company policies, organization, personnel, and services.
