INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our property accounting function in Chicago. This role will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP, while directing a team responsible for a portfolio of properties.

Strong Yardi expertise and CPA preferred are highly valued. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in accounting, including 3+ years in property accounting, and will drive process improvements

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in property accounting.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong proficiency with Yardi Voyager.
• Deep understanding of real estate accounting, CAM reconciliations and lease structures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
