Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support the Brands & Properties Accounting team in generating customer invoices and processing supplier invoices. You will review client scopes, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Strong communication skills and experience with Workday, Salesforce, Excel and Google Sheets are required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling large volumes of transactional data and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Assist with month end close.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Set up and activate internal project codes.
• Support invoice reconciliations with expenses and supplier invoices.

For more information, please visit the.team .Job Overview:Responsible for supporting THE.TEAM Brands & Properties Accounting team in their efforts to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives by providing accounting and financial support. This includes generating customer invoices, reviewing and analyzing customer contracts, processing supplier invoices, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, setting up and activating projects, supporting with customer invoicing reconciliations, and any other ad hoc support as needed.Term end date: Projected end date of 3/31/27 but could extend.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Generate customer invoicesProcess supplier invoicesCommunicate and liaison with B&P team departments on invoice and payment statusesReview client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce recordsPrepare Journal entriesAssist with any month end close support as neededPrepare Balance Sheet reconciliationsSet up and activate internal project codesSupport customer invoice reconciliations by compiling expenses and supplier invoice supportWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Someone very detail orientedSomeone with strong communication skillsSomeone who can manage a high volume of transactional workloadGeneral familiarity with main systems used: Workday, Salesforce, Excel, and Google WorksheetsAbility to thrive in a fast paced marketing agency environment and provide quality internal and external accounting support to our team and clientsBase Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 prorated, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
