Job summary

High Country Search Group in Denver is partnering with a client to expand their Sr. Auditor team. They work with local companies here in Denver, and their client base includes the majority of Fortune 100 companies.

This is a unique opportunity to serve one client at a time across engagements like M&A, FP&A, Pre-IPO work, and full-cycle accounting. A CPA path is supported with a $7,500 bonus upon completion and timelines to reach it.

Qualifications

• Sr. Auditor with public accounting background preferred.
• CPA required or in progress; 24/18/12 month paths provided to finish exam sections.
• Willingness to commit 45+ hours per week with overtime bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Serve one client at a time on diverse engagements (e.g., M&A, FP&A, Pre-IPO, full-cycle accounting, implementations).
• Support a Denver-based team serving both local and Fortune 100 clients.

This is a unique opportunity to serve one client at a time and have the choice of the types of opportunities you work on, ranging from M&A, FP&A, Pre-IPO work, full-cycle accounting, and implementations, just to name a few!

If you don’t yet have your CPA, that’s not a barrier... It’s an expectation. What matters is your commitment to getting there. To support you, we offer a $7,500 bonus upon completion, with a clear, achievable timeline tailored to where you are today:

• Starting from scratch? You’ll have 24 months to pass all four sections.
• Already passed one? You’ll have 18 months to finish the remaining three.
• Two or more down? You’ll have 12 months to cross the finish line.

On the work side, this is a high-performance environment where effort is recognized. Our team averages 48–50 hours per week, and you’ll need to commit to at least 45 hours to be staffed on projects. The upside? Once you hit that threshold, you unlock overtime bonuses—your extra effort directly translates into extra earnings. Fall short of 45, and that bonus isn’t in play.
