Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow net sales at Target for Naturium. You will lead omnichannel sales plans and execute directly with Target, optimizing distribution, shelf presence, and pricing to drive market share.

You will build strong relationships with Target and internal partners, manage forecasts and KPIs, and help shape merchandising strategies with senior leadership while supporting junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty or CPG with direct Target HQ experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual sales plans and manage forecasts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office.
