Role Overview

As our Sr. Account Manager on the Beverage team, you will manage specific accounts within the National Convenience Retailers, focusing on driving sales volume, revenue, and market share.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with assigned accounts.
  2. Drive volume, revenue, and share growth within these accounts.
  3. Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies with each retailer.
  4. Utilize sales data to identify opportunities and meet/exceed goals.
  5. Collaborate with finance, strategy, operations, and distribution teams to track business performance.
  6. Coordinate with Supply Chain for accurate planning and forecasting.
  7. Manage trade budgets by brand and account.
  8. Work with Shopper Marketing to develop channel-specific tactics.
  9. Ensure promotional activities are executed effectively with the DSD team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of CPG experience, preferably in beverages, with experience calling on national account category buyers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% of the time.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems and syndicated data usage within the beverage industry.
  • Experience in developing strategic annual plans with national retailers.
  • Knowledge of the Convenience channel is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record per company policies.
