The Merchant Success team is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy to grow and retain merchants after their initial launch with Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) products. Team members will navigate ambiguous business challenges while working directly across internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
The Senior Account Manager will create and implement strategies to effectively manage a portfolio of strategic partners using BwP and MCF, fostering strong partnerships and rapidly growing the businesses. Responsibilities include leveraging merchant insights to improve internal processes, reduce merchant pain points, and influence product roadmaps to maximize long-term growth and enhance shopping and fulfillment experiences.
You will define and execute merchant business strategies, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and lead merchant reviews to identify growth opportunities. You will escalate issues promptly, operate independently, and collaborate on high-value negotiations involving pricing, co-marketing, and incentives. Clear communication, gathering insights, shaping product decisions, mentoring team members, and supporting product development are also key aspects of the role.
