Job description

Job ID: 2950663 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Santos is an organization within Amazon's supply chain division, responsible for two products—Buy with Prime (BWP) and Multi-channel Fulfillment (MCF). Santos’s mission is to enable every merchant to succeed wildly, regardless of where they sell, through Amazon-powered solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support our mission of merchant success. The Enterprise Merchant Success Program Manager will collaborate with teams across Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Solutions Architecture, and Operations to develop and execute strategies to grow, retain, and optimize enterprise merchants using BWP and MCF. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Account Management and Supply Chain, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to drive results across teams, and a bias for action. Comfort with ambiguity and strategic thinking are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  2. Manage account ownership processes and SOPs between Sales and Account Management teams.
  3. Enhance processes for capturing merchant feedback and translating insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
  4. Support goal setting, territory planning, reporting, and forecasting activities.
  5. Lead cross-functional workstreams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  6. Develop and monitor program KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leaders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
