Job description

As a Sr. Account Manager at Eight Digit Media, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. This position requires a high level of technical expertise in digital marketing, particularly in Facebook advertising, and strong managerial capabilities. You will manage client accounts, collaborate with the Senior Media Buyer and Demand Generation Manager, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional ad campaign performance and service quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all event requests and campaigns are strategically aligned with client objectives and business plans, driving measurable results.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize ad campaigns using performance metrics and KPIs to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain seamless communication with the Senior Media Buyer and Demand Generation Manager to ensure alignment and transparency in ad performance and strategy execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage and nurture client relationships, addressing potential issues and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Management Excellence: Utilize advanced project management skills to efficiently manage tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely and successful campaign delivery.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture.
  • Data Management: Oversee and manage spreadsheets and databases precisely, ensuring data integrity and effective task delegation.
  • Client Engagement: Employ strategic issue-posting techniques to respond adeptly to client needs and enhance engagement.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage relevant tools to manage client activities and track critical information, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Onboarding and Reporting: Assist in client onboarding processes and maintain updated lead lists while constructing and managing custom dashboards and reports for insightful analysis.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Display adaptability across various workflows and provide innovative, solution-oriented approaches to client challenges.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in marketing within a digital marketing agency, with recent hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns of at least $500k in ad spend within the last 6 months.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to confidently and efficiently lead and mentor account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong comfort level in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.

$70,000 per year (US based employee)
