Team Description

T-Ad's advertising sales team is composed of highly-skilled professionals focused on engaging and acquiring high-potential advertisers and agencies, persuading them to adopt our innovative ad solutions. Our entrepreneurial, hardworking, and customer-focused team members are the "human face" of T-Ad, helping agencies and brands connect with their customers more effectively and grow their businesses.

Position Summary

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions aims to expand its enterprise sales efforts and seeks a senior seller capable of scaling revenue across solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead sales efforts across app developers, agencies, and brands, including building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline, driving quarterly revenue against sales targets, and developing broader partnerships with strategic clients.
  2. Identify and expand clients within core verticals such as Gaming, Social, and Fintech, providing value and thought leadership to T-Ads partners.
  3. Build strategic performance marketing partnerships utilizing the full T-Ads suite, including app lifecycle marketing, programmatic media, CTV, Data, DOOH, and more.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years experience in building a book of business, managing strategic targets, and developing agreements in Data Sales and/or Media Sales with Data.
  • Experience in educating advertisers on transitioning from traditional to digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relationship development with new customers, serving as a consultant.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience in new business development, managing strategic targets, and developing agreements.
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising sales, especially for app developers, gaming, social, and fintech sectors.
  • Effective communication skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, and industry knowledge.
  • Foundational understanding of mobile attribution and success measurement using MMPs.

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel & Compensation

Travel required: Yes

Pay range: $199,300 - $359,500 total target cash, with base pay of $119,580 - $215,700, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
