Job summary

Tombras in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Sr. Account Executive to manage day-to-day project execution, budgets, and client-facing deliverables. You will partner with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to move initiatives forward and prepare compelling client presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in an agency setting, strong budgeting and timeline skills, and proficiency in Keynote and Excel, with travel as needed. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Account Executive/Project Management experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience managing creative and production teams across traditional or interactive campaigns.
  • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Experience assisting with client presentations in Keynote.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs, and Mac environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project execution and account deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Own smaller projects and workstreams independently, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
  • Develop timelines, manage project trackers, and coordinate internal teams to keep work moving forward.
  • Manage billing and budget stewardship with a strong eye for details.
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams throughout the development process.
  • Support the creation of client presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and follow-through.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all deliverables and communications.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support broader account initiatives as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

What you bring:
  • 3+ years of Account Executive/Project Management work in a traditional or interactive agency with experience working with and managing creative and production teams
  • Thorough understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media‑based programs
  • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi‑phase project budgets
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
  • Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations in Keynote
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs and working in a Mac environment
  • Willingness to travel for business
