Job summary

THE·TEAM is a leading global sports, music and entertainment company seeking a senior digital/social account leader. You will deepen client relationships, grow business, and direct teams to deliver campaigns that stay true to strategic vision across channels 24/7.

You will manage high-volume pipelines, align cross-functional teams, and communicate with senior leadership to preempt issues. A 10+ year track record in digital accounts and big-brand experience are required for this hybrid NYC or LA

  • 10+ years in digital/social account management.

Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW:

This is the perfect role for a leader that is inherently, naturally, gloriously social, both online and off. Everyone wants your strategic input, opinion and approval. People trust you. You feel in your bones what’s on-brand for your clients, and you efficiently, effortlessly direct a team to deliver the right stuff, every time. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC or LA office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will deepen the client relationship and grow their business in a meaningful way. Your day-to-day work will be strategic in nature, developing initiatives and providing creative, practical solutions to client issues. You will devise engagement strategies, approve content, manage scopes, deliverables and campaigns to ensure that all parties stay true to the strategic vision and voice across channels 24/7, 365. Manage, maintain, and grow the relationship with the client and key stakeholders Direct and have a positive impact on projects, teams and clients by providing direction and vision to follow Maintain a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understands the strategic goals of the account and contributes to their communication to the agency team Management and mentorship of staff members Communicate with senior leadership about account status while proactively finding solutions to issues that may arise Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines across multiple accounts and platforms Expert in juggling overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills to track content workflows, reviews, and stakeholder approvals Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time without sacrificing quality Experience leading simultaneous campaigns while maintaining strategic oversight and executional detail Comfortable making quick decisions and pivoting strategies to meet changing client or market demands Adept at identifying bottlenecks and optimizing processes for scalable content production Calm under pressure; thrives in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities. Confident communicator who keeps clients and internal teams aligned through complexity

Base salary range: $150-170K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
