Benzinga is expanding its team and seeks an On-Air Stock Market Broadcaster “Squawk” to deliver breaking news audio color on U.S. equities. This full-time role offers remote work with Detroit-area alignment and a chance to influence audiences across a leading financial publisher.

You will join a newsroom of journalists and investment professionals, shaping stories heard and read by millions while maintaining a fast, ego-free approach to news gathering and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years using market scanner tools and data (Bloomberg, Think or Swim, Tradestation, etc.).
• Radio or multimedia experience preferred.
• Minimum three years at an investment institution and/or digital publication.
• Expert knowledge of the U.S. stock market, the world of finance, and various professional trading styles
• Knowledge of news writing, AP Style, journalism principles and ethics.
• Ability to produce short- and long-form stories.
