Qualifications

• Squash Level 1 Certification or European equivalent.
• CPR and AED Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional squash lessons and programs that promote continued involvement.
• Creates engaging member experiences through programs, events and marketing tools; maintains courts and equipment.
• Handles registration and billing for squash programs and uses Life Time scheduling software.
• Supports club-wide sales efforts and participates in meetings as part of the department and club.

Position Summary

Teach private and group squash lessons and using department programming brand standards and SOPs. Grow your book of business and revenue to meet and exceed personal financial goals. Demonstrate member-centric customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during squash lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their overall squash game. Approximately 80% of working time should be spent in on-court instruction.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive squash lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score.
• Creates exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments and special events, fully utilizing available marketing support and tools, and ensures all squash courts and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Ensures proper registration and billing for squash students and programming. Ensures all lessons/programs are booked in the Life Time court scheduling software and follow all company SOPs.
• Participates in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring Squash is an integral component of the Life Time brand. Attends department and “all club” meetings.

Position Requirements
