Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a SQL DBA / Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency in Miami, FL. The role combines database administration with systems analysis, focusing on data processing, upgrading litigation support tools, and implementing automated workflows.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ESI processing, SQL databases, and eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or Concordance, and is prepared to engage in change control and system maintenance

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with five years of professional experience, including four years in ESI Processing or upgrading/integrating technical systems.
Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry.
Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Clearwell).
Willingness to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator within 6 months of hire.
Experience in a network environment supporting an eDiscovery platform and day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities

Process ESI into multiple systems with hands-on file manipulation.
Participate in change control meetings to upgrade litigation support tools.
Lead user acceptance testing and validate software rollouts; create scripts and automated workflows.
Assist in administering database environments, standards, and controls.
Provide technical consulting for database design and creation.
Maintain documentation and develop database dictionaries.
