Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a mid-level SQL DBA / Systems Analyst to support a broad federal initiative within the Information Technology department. The role emphasizes ESI processing, database administration, and integration of litigation-support tools.

Candidates should have 5 years' professional experience, including ESI-related work, and be prepared to pursue Relativity Certified Administrator credentials within six months.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with five years of professional experience, including four years in ESI processing or upgrading/integrating technical systems.
• Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry.
• Certification in an eDiscovery program (Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell).
• Willing to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in a network environment supporting an eDiscovery platform.
• Experience in eDiscovery application maintenance, upgrades, and day-to-day administration.
• Three years designing, administering, maintaining, and updating databases.

Responsibilities

• Advanced processing of ESI into multiple systems and hands-on file manipulations.
• Designing and implementing action plans to upgrade litigation support tools with Change Control Board involvement.
• Leading UAT efforts and validating rollout of software upgrades; integrating legal systems with automated workflows.
• Assists in administering database organizations, standards, controls, and procedures.
• Provides technical consulting in defining, designing, and creating database environments.
• Maintains documentation and develops database dictionaries.
