Job summary

A leading IT services company is hiring a SQL Database Analyst in Quantico, VA. This hybrid role requires candidates to have extensive experience with MS SQL Server databases and the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI security clearance. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $50.00 - $60.00 during contract with a potential salary conversion of $105,000 - $125,000. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401K plan.

• Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Experience administering SQL Server 2012-2019.

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a SQL Database Analyst with one of our large government clients!

Title: SQL Database Analyst

Location: Quantico, VA - Hybrid on customer site 3 days and remote 2 days (First 2-3 months will be fully onsite while training )

Contract: 6 months on contract then fulltime perm conversion

Pay on contract: $50.00 - $60.00 / hourly rate (based on experience)

Perm Salary Conversion: $105,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)

Required Experience:

• Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret SCI security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
• Required Certifications: Security+ CE
• 5+ years of work experience administering MS SQL Server databases (SQL 2012 or newer)
• Experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption in SQL Server
• Experience administering SQL Server 2012-2019
