A leading IT solutions provider in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst 3. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in database administration and data engineering, particularly with AWS and Snowflake. Responsibilities include supporting database migrations and developing data pipelines using Python. Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in DBA, Data Engineering, or similar role
• 3+ years of AWS and Snowflake experience
• Experience with on‑prem SQL Server to AWS and Snowflake data migration, including use of AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) or similar tools
• Strong experience with Amazon RDS and DynamoDB
• Experience developing Python scripts for data creation, transformation, and data loads
• Experience building AWS‑based data pipelines (Glue, Lambda, S3)
• Experience designing logical and physical data models and supporting application teams with schema design
• Experience with AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) and DMS (preferred)
• Experience working with large datasets and ETL pipelines (preferred)
• Knowledge of data lake architecture (preferred)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB and supporting application data environments (preferred)

Location: 1220 Bank St, Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Compensation: $100K–110K per annum with benefits
