The City of Richmond (RIC) seeks a full-time Oracle Apex Full Stack Developer (Programmer Analyst) to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the city. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system.

Required skills and experience

• 10 years of experience in the following areas:
• Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools.
• Ability to lead groups, gather requirements, define solution sets, and remediate defects.
• Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect.
• Developing external tables, joins, indexes and sequences. Ability to write ad‑hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed.
• Developing scripts in SQL, PL/SQL for data conversion, data migration.
• Designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
• Oracle Apex full‑stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser‑based applications using Application Express.

Salary: $120-125k per annum with benefits
