Job summary

AgCertain Industries, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator for FSQR to enforce and audit the SQF Program, lead third-party and customer audits, and implement food safety plans, GMPs, and HACCP.

The role requires maintaining accurate records and supporting QA and regulatory functions across the plant. The candidate will review CoAs, process records, and deviation reports, assist with product development from a food-safety perspective, and ensure supplier qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years in quality assurance or regulatory roles.
• HACCP/PCQI certification preferred.
• Experience with FDA or USDA regulated facilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQF program audits and maintain SQF System.
• Develop, implement, and review food safety plans and HACCP.
• Review CoAs, process records, deviation reports, and release finished product.
• Assist new product development with food safety during tech transfer.
• Maintain documentation and prepare records per control procedures.
• Coordinate third-party and customer audits.
• Ensure contract service providers are qualified and evaluated.
• Support Sales and Procurement with QA documentation.
