Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist for a 12-month contract in a vibrant U.S. city. The role offers an hourly rate up to $70, with three openings and a focus on software validation, compliance, and continuous improvement across critical IT projects.

You will validate IT systems, collaborate with IT contacts and SMEs, and ensure regulatory and company policies are met, while promoting best practices in QMS and SDLC.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist to join a leading industry company based in a vibrant city in the United States. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced professional eager to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and innovative environment. The role is initially available as a 12-month contract with a competitive hourly rate of up to $70, depending on your experience, and there are three openings available. This position offers a fantastic chance to leverage your proven expertise in software validation and quality assurance to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across critical IT projects.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure IT validation packages are inspection-ready and comply with applicable company policies and procedures.
• Work autonomously with related IT contacts and business process SMEs to support SQA in the review, approval, and implementation of regulated IT applications.
• Support continuous improvement and provide input related to the validation strategy for IT changes.
• Collaborate with the development team to build compliance capabilities, ensuring the quality of deliverables meets business needs.
• As the SQA SME, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of validation principles, regulatory requirements, and promote best practices.

Role Requirements

• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management for QA roles).
• Proven experience in validating systems, with a thorough understanding of GxP regulations and validation principles.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies, as well as automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of applications/tools including JIRA, Confluence, HP-ALM, Tosca, Veera, Qtest, and M-Files.
