Job summary

This role supports sterile processing operations and instrument tracking across complex surgical sets. The incumbent will supervise SPS staff, coordinate instrument sets, and ensure compliance with SOPs while working with vendors to troubleshoot Censitrac system issues and improve workflow

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in sterile processing or related healthcare work.
• Ability to supervise a team and coordinate daily SPS tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with staff.
• Familiarity with electronic tracking or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of day-to-day SPS operations and workflows.
• Coordinate instrument sets, trays, and RME for procedures.
• Review guidelines and ensure SOPs are followed in cleaning and sterilization.
• Monitor Censitrac system for instrument tracking and reporting.
• Identify training needs and arrange for staff development.
• Collaborate with SPS leadership and vendors on system issues.
