Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
• Use specialized diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks per MB guidelines.
• Stay updated with MB technical information and certification programs.
• Communicate with customers and service advisors about repairs and timelines.
• Ensure work meets MB quality standards and safety/environmental regulations.
