Qualifications

• Diesel knowledge and dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer/dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings.
• Explain vehicle diagnoses and needed repairs to service advisors.
• Keep current with new technical information via training.
