Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coaching sprints and relays for adolescents.

Mansioni

• Plan and conduct sprint and relay practices with head coaches.
• Teach sprint mechanics, starts, acceleration, and relay technique.
• Develop progressive training plans for indoor and outdoor events.
• Establish safety practices for blocks, zones, and equipment.
• Foster a safe, inclusive team culture with core values.
• Provide feedback to support growth and competition prep.
• Coordinate with athletic staff on training loads and travel.
• Assist with meet entries, timing, and logistics.
• Support student-athlete wellbeing and emergency procedures.
• Attend departmental meetings and program assessments.
