Qualifications

• Two years of experience coaching vertical and horizontal jumps.
• Experience competing in vertical and/or horizontal jumps at high school/college level.
• Ability to motivate and serve as a positive role model for high school students.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with the coaching staff.
• Availability for a Monday–Saturday practice and meet schedule, including travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead runway workouts, off-track conditioning and event-specific drills for jumps.
• Support meet-day operations and coordination with coaching staff.
• Travel to away competitions as needed.
• Contribute to practice planning and athlete development.
