Zusammenfassung

Healing Strides Counseling is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to drive successful technology delivery through Scrum leadership and robust project coordination. The role partners with product owners, analysts, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure transparent, accountable, and predictable delivery across the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Scrum Master or related roles, strong communication, and hands-on Jira experience.

Qualifikationen

3-7 YEARS SERVING AS A SCRUM MASTER, AGILE LEAD, PROJECT MANAGER, OR DELIVERY MANAGER, OR SIMILAR ROLE.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery commitments.
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and tracking follow-up actions.
Hands-on experience using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of agile development methodology.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
