All Seasons Property Maintenance in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dedicated Sprinkler Technician to service residential and commercial irrigation systems year-round. This full-time role suits someone who enjoys outdoors work, troubleshooting, and delivering quality service.

You will inspect, repair, and optimize sprinkler components, coordinate with customers on operation and water management, and maintain thorough records. Snow removal duties are included during winter months.

Qualifications

• Experience in irrigation, sprinkler, landscaping, plumbing, or mechanical work preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain sprinkler systems for residential and commercial properties.

All Seasons Property Maintenance is looking for a Sprinkler Technician to service and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working outdoors, and providing quality service.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Inspect, repair, and maintain residential and commercial sprinkler systems
• Troubleshoot leaks, broken pipes, valves, wiring, and other irrigation issues
• Adjust sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and controllers
• Perform spring system startups and fall winterization
• Assess irrigation systems and recommend needed repairs or improvements
• Communicate with customers regarding system operation and water management
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used
• Assist with snow removal and other property maintenance work during the winter

What We're Looking For

• Previous irrigation, sprinkler, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with hand tools and irrigation equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Dependable and comfortable working outdoors
