About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Sprinkler Technician to join our team in a full-time, year-round position.

During the warmer months, this position will focus primarily on irrigation/sprinkler system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. During the winter months, the position will transition to snow removal and winter maintenance.

This is a salary position with 40 hours per week guaranteed, along with the opportunity to earn overtime when additional hours are needed.

Responsibilities

Spring/Summer/Fall

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler/irrigation systems
• Diagnose sprinkler system problems and make necessary repairs
• Perform seasonal system start-ups and winterizations
• Repair sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, wiring, and controllers
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Winter

• Operate snow removal equipment
• Perform snow and ice removal for residential and/or commercial properties
• Shovel, plow, blow, and salt/sand as needed
• Respond to winter weather events and changing conditions
• Perform general winter property maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience with sprinkler/irrigation systems preferred
• Previous landscaping, irrigation, or maintenance experience is a plus
• Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
