Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential irrigation systems. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will work independently in the field, ensuring irrigation systems operate efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new residential irrigation systems, including piping, valves, controllers, and sprinkler heads
  • Perform routine maintenance such as system inspections, seasonal start-ups, and winterization
  • Diagnose and repair system issues, including leaks, electrical faults, and coverage problems
  • Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers and smart irrigation systems
  • Read and interpret system designs, layouts, and blueprints
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operation, repairs, and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and inventory usage
  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles safely
Qualifications
