Encore Fire Protection, in partnership with Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection, is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team in Paoli, PA. We are committed to saving lives and protecting property through innovative fire suppression, sprinkler, and alarm solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems; installation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Work may require overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency calls.
  • Coordinate with contractors, customers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Identify code and non-conformance issues and recommend improvements.
  • Respond promptly to troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; industry experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within Maryland.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of blueprints.
  • Knowledge of fire codes and sprinkler systems; NICET certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather; lift up to 50 pounds; comply with OSHA guidelines.
