Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Service Foreman to lead and manage fire sprinkler service projects with excellence, efficiency, and safety. As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are serviced to the highest standard while leading your crew and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily service operations on fire sprinkler systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test existing fire sprinkler systems
• Supervise and mentor technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with codes and standards
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• NICET certification or equivalent preferred
