Job summary

Superhero Fire Protection is seeking a skilled Sprinkler Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems across commercial, residential, and industrial sites in the Charlotte area. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure systems operate safely and reliably, while complying with NFPA standards and local codes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on sprinkler experience, knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on sprinkler installation or service experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 and related codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance (ITM) per NFPA standards and local codes.
• Diagnose system issues and provide expert-level repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and customers with professionalism and pride.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed reports—because every detail matters.
• Be the face of Superhero Fire Protection on job sites—reliable, respectful, and ready for action.
