Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC is seeking a skilled sprinkler fitter to install, service, and repair sprinkler systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will complete paperwork efficiently, keep a tidy work area, and maintain punctuality for all assignments.

The ideal candidate holds a Sprinkler Fitter License in RI or MA, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable with on-call and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience.
• Must have a Sprinkler Fitter License in RI and/or MA.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and replace sprinkler systems.
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work and with a positive attitude.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies.
• Will work closely with our newly acquired company - AAA Sprinkler.
