Fire Systems Inc., part of the Altus Fire & Life Safety family located in Dartmouth, MA, is looking for a Sprinkler Field Coordinator to join our team. The Sprinkler Field Coordinator provides critical operational and technical support to FSI’s Sprinkler Service Department.

This role bridges field technicians, service schedulers, and warehouse staff to keep schedules full, calls supported, and materials ready. Travel to job sites for surveys, troubleshooting, and onsite support is required.

The Sprinkler Field Coordinator provides critical operational and technical support to FSI’s Sprinkler Service Department. This role serves as a bridge between the field technicians, service schedulers, and warehouse staff to ensure technician schedules are fully utilized, service calls are properly supported, and materials are ordered, staged, and ready for work. The position requires strong field experience and technical knowledge of sprinkler systems, the ability to support technicians in real time, and the willingness to travel to job sites for surveys, troubleshooting, and onsite support.

Hourly rate: $40.00/hour - $45.00/hour
